Due to the nature of our small 3D printing business, all items are custom printed at time of order. As a result of this, all sales are final. All "Blemish" category items are sold as final sale.

Damaged items that arrive as a result of shipping MUST be reported to us within 24 hours of the package being delivered with a photo of the issue & packaging as received in order to receive a replacement.

Damaged items due to mishandling and/or user error is NOT covered.
